"Completely disappointed. They’ve been horrible at returning phone calls to start and do things correctly. I called to have my ex-husband removed off my policy with his vehicle so he could have his own policy with them. I thought they would assume that his vehicle would still need to be insured but clearly they didn’t do their job correctly so he has had a lapse in coverage for months now. They were supposed to fix it but of course never even called him back. He’s also still listed on my policy for whatever reason but his vehicle that I removed off of the policy hasn’t been covered, they haven’t answered their phones, haven’t called me back to update me on anything, and I’m getting really frustrated. I would recommend going to a different location which is what I’m planning on doing because this is been the worst experience I’ve ever had with State Farm, and I’ve been a customer with them for 14 years now."

"I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I've been dealing with Danielle in the office and can't get a call from Alvin Keels for an issue that's been ongoing since July 2023 and is still going on today. I have escalated my concerns but want to warn you that once they make a mistake, it's a nightmare trying to get it corrected and I'm on the verge of losing my license and registration privileges from DMV. Find another office for certain!!"

"I called in and spoke with Drew who was amazing!, he explained to me why it’s good yo have comprehensive coverage when it comes to glass damage so I can be protected financially. He even went as far as to explain about the deductible differences. If you call into Mr. Keels office reach out to Drew for EXCELLENT customer service!"

"I called inquiring about Auto and property insurance and I had the best customer service experience with Andrew. He seamlessly guided me through the quote process as well and patiently reviewed all of my coverage options with me and made sure I understood each and every one of them. "I wouldn’t recommend this for business or employment. I’m a former employee and for the first 2-3 months he had an unlicensed team member doing things only legal for a licensed agent to do. Furthermore he advised a customer to commit insurance fraud by putting back in a claim that had already happened and claim had tried to be submitted to an uninsured property after the policy got written for it. Very shady, unprofessional, and unethical when it comes to business."
